Bistro Papillote by La Cuisine at The OC Mix at SOCO will take over the previous Seventh Tea Bar space. Chef and owner Laurent Brazier, Executive Chef Instructor of La Cuisine Culinary Arts’ Professional Program, will offer full service breakfast and lunch, including Chef Laurent’s interpretation of quiches, crepes, Croque-Monsieur, and grab-and-go sandwiches and salads. At the open-air crepe bar, guests will be able to watch as delicious, fresh crepes are prepared right in front of them.
